Hello! This blog is for me to save my thoughts and insights as I study the bible and other spiritual and philisophical works. This will primarily be Christian based as that is my religion and belief system. I intend to share my own journey through religion, from my upbringing in Mormonism to becoming a Christian. Many of my studies may make comparisons between Christian beliefs and the Mormon beliefs that I was raised with (I specify that I was raised with because Mormon doctrine is ever evolving, despite stating that they believe in God’s eternal, unchanging, word).
As I state on the homescreen of this site, I will occasionally branch out to my thoughts on other religions and philsophy. I’ve been reading the works of Stoics and have branched into learning about the Quran a little bit. I know I have many thoughts about Stoicism as a philosophy and would also like to share/save those thoughts somewhere.
Primarily though, this is for me to be used as a journal of sorts. I have a lot of thoughts and lose them to time. Putting them somewhere semi-permanant is a good way to do that.
